At the Sint-Amandus Psychiatric Centre in Beernem, 750 meals are served daily for the residents. At the request of the technical department of De Broeders van Liefde (Fracarita Belgium), Hydropure designed and built a customised grease trap in the cramped basement. This saved an enormous amount of time and efficiency for the grease collector and the kitchen staff.
