Stapelhuis Entrepot Ostend - total concept with SWTP

In the port of Ostend, the Stapelhuis Entrepot has been restored to its former glory after a thorough two-year renovation. However, the building is more than just an architectural monument, it will become a center of knowledge and activity in the maritime sector.

Within the walls of this historic building, a department of the maritime school will take up residence. Companies active in the maritime sector will also find their home here, making the Stapelhuis a vibrant hub of expertise and collaboration.

Part of the project was the water management and treatment plant. This is where Hydropure stepped in, with a targeted approach to ensure that all domestic wastewater meets the strictest standards before being discharged into the quays. By incorporating advanced treatment technologies, Hydropure was able to ensure that the discharge process was both efficient and environmentally friendly.

The completed Stapelhuis Entrepot symbolizes not only Ostend's rich maritime history, but also the city's promising future as a dynamic hub of maritime activity.
