This was also the case for the QUATUOR project in Brussels. This 63,000 m² development offers office space, coworking and various services such as a gym, restaurants, an events space, an inner garden, roof terraces, secure car and bicycle parking facilities, etc.

Quatuor meets the highest standards of quality, innovation and environmental performance. A BREEAM 'Outstanding' certification was obtained in the 'Design' phase for the entire building (towers A, B, C and D). Hydropure is contributing to the sustainability thanks to a sophisticated water management system with various GWU.
